Select desired session type, click ‘book session’ button and pick a date. This creates a booking request. Within 48 hours, you will receive the ‘All-In-One’ booking link that will collect the 50% nonrefundable deposit, contract to sign, and begin the process of planning your session with a Client Questionnaire and a link to book your Pre-Session Consultation. These steps need to be completed within 48 hours for your session to be locked in!
Once you’ve completed the all-in-one booking process, you will receive a Style Guide to help you begin planning the wardrobe for your upcoming session. Clients who utilize the Style Guide suggestions tend to avoid common mistakes for the shoot and yield optimal results. During your Pre-Session Phone Consultation, we will finalize your wardrobe decisions, session location and answer any questions you might have about your upcoming session.
On picture day, you will receive a text reminder confirming our session time and meeting place. I aim to make each session fun and lighthearted and will coach you every step of the way on posing and expressions. Authentic joy delivers the best smiles and the more you trust me and engage with the process, the more fun you will have and it will come shining through in the results.
During your session, I will snap hundreds of pictures. Following the session, I will select the very best images from the session, based on your selected package. Images will be lightly edited in my digital darkroom to optimize the lighting, contrast, color, and softening skin tones. Extensive touchups such as body sculpting, anti-aging, and root touchup are available for an additional fee. See package details for specific fees.
Approximately 7-14 days after your session, I will email you a link to your online gallery of beautifully edited proofs. The number of images contained in the gallery are directly based on your package selection. Want to see more images? You can upgrade your package for more edited proofs to be delivered! Details will be enclosed in the email announcing your proofs!
Your watermarked proof gallery is equipped to download a select number of images, based on your package selection. Watermarks will be removed in final download. This gallery will be available for up to 2 years with unlimited downloads. Archival quality prints, made in America, and available in a variety of finishes may be purchased conveniently through this gallery and shipped directly to your door. Prints purchased through your CLP Pixieset gallery are guaranteed for quality and satisfaction for up to 30 days.
In your gallery, you will receive written permission to print images for personal use at a lab of your choice. Copyright remains with Christine Lowell Photography. Commercial use of the images are available only with express for an additional fee. Prints made outside of the CLP gallery are not guaranteed due to the various settings of different labs and paper quality.
Please help me preserve the integrity of my brand and the quality of the images by refraining from editing, adding filters, or using screen shots to post images or to print. Images altered by the client carry the high risk of poor quality prints as many filters reduce the size and quality of an image. Clients may be asked to remove posted images that have been altered. Your images are safest print within your final gallery and will deliver the highest quality.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR TO THE SESSION?
Once your session is booked, you will receive a Style Guide that will suggest wardrobe colors, styles, and even provide posing tips. A week before your session, we will confirm details during the pre-session phone consultation.
HOW MANY FINAL IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

WHAT TIME OF DAY ARE SESSIONS?
Sessions are conducted 1-2 hours prior to the sunset for optimal lighting outdoors. Indoor sessions vary by location.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS?
A day or two before your session, Christine Lowell Photography will check in with the forecast. Conditions that may cause cancellation include wind in excess of 10 mph, day-long rain, temperatures in excess of 95 degrees, or a monsoon storm. You will be notified if your session needs to be rescheduled. Sessions rescheduled due to inclement weather are no additional fee to the client.
HOW CAN I GET PRINTS?
Your final image gallery is equipped for unlimited downloads, shares, and the ease and convenience to order archival quality prints in a variety of different print finishes at a very reasonable price. Prints ordered through your final gallery will deliver to your door 7-14 days after your order is placed and are guaranteed for satisfaction for up to 30 days. Unfortunately, prints made outside of your CLP Gallery with third-party labs cannot be guaranteed due to various printer settings and paper quality.
CAN I EDIT MY OWN PICTURES?
We edit and present photos to you in final form. To maintain the image integrity, we ask that filters and editing not be conducted on the final images. Christine Lowell Photography is not responsible for print mishaps that occur due to images being edited, cropped, or filtered. If you have a special editing request, please contact CLP to make the request. An additional fee may apply.
WHAT IF I JUST NEED ONE IMAGE FOR MY HEADSHOT?
Whether one image is selected or multiple, the same process is used for each client session — from consultation to photo shoot to culling and editing and presentation. This is why we offer a set number of images for each package.
WHY DON'T YOU PRESENT ALL PHOTOS TAKEN AT THE SESSION?
Due to the length of time it would take to convert and edit each photo, we do not present all images from the session. Instead, we cull the session images to represent the best photos for the package. We then edit each presented photo, so you may select from the very best images.
HOW CAN I RESERVE MY APPOINTMENT?
You can book an appointment here. Your appointment is secured with 50% nonrefundable deposit with the balance due on the day of the session.
ARE YOUR SESSIONS INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The majority of Christine Lowell Photography sessions are conducted in the beautiful outdoors of the Sonoran Desert. Indoor sessions are available for special events, team photos and headshot events.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON PACKAGES?

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
The need for rescheduling may arise. A one-time rescheduling of your appointment is available for no additional charge to you when 30 days notice is provided. Saturday appointments will be rescheduled to the next available Monday - Friday opening. Appointments must be rescheduled within 30 days of original session. There is a $250 rescheduling fee for changes made thereafter.

Cancellations result in forfeiture of your nonrefundable retainer.
